These terms govern your use of getquotflow.com, operated by DRM Consulting LLC. By submitting a quote request you agree to them.
What GetQuoteFlow is
We are a referral service. We collect your coverage needs and pass them to a licensed insurance agency so an agent can contact you with quotes.
Quotes and rates
Any figures you see on this site or receive through it are estimates. Actual premiums are set by the insurance carrier based on its own underwriting, which considers information we do not collect — including your driving record, claims history, credit-based insurance score where permitted by law, and details of the property or vehicle being insured. Your final rate may differ substantially from any estimate, and coverage may be declined entirely.
Statements about savings or speed on this site describe typical outcomes, not promises about your outcome.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, including a phone number and email address you own and control.
- Do not submit anyone else's contact details. Submitting another person's phone number without their permission may expose you to liability under telemarketing law.
- Do not use automated tools to submit requests, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation.
- Be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
Consent to be contacted
Submitting the quote form with the consent box checked is your prior express written consent for us and the agency on our Partner List to contact you at the number and address you provided, including by autodialer, prerecorded voice, and SMS. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, emailing unsubscribe@getquotflow.com, or using our removal form. We process removals immediately and always within 10 days.
Third-party conduct
Once we pass your request to an agency, that agency's communications with you are its own. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any agency or insurance carrier, including the accuracy of quotes they provide, coverage decisions they make, or how they contact you. Disputes about a policy or an agent's conduct are between you and that agency or carrier. See our Partner List for a disclosure about our relationship with the agency we refer to.
How we are paid
We are paid a referral fee by the agency for each quote request we send. You pay us nothing. This is how the service is free to you, and you should factor it into how you read our recommendations.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the site will be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRM Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DRM Consulting LLC against claims arising from your submission of information you were not authorized to provide, including another person's contact details.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
