Privacy Policy

GetQuoteFlow is operated by DRM Consulting LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Gilbert, Arizona. This policy describes what we collect when you request insurance quotes, who we share it with, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the type of insurance you are shopping for, whether you currently have coverage, and your timeline for purchasing.
We also record information about your consent: the date and time you submitted the form, your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the page you submitted from, and the exact version of the consent language shown to you. We keep this so that if anyone questions whether you agreed to be contacted, we can show precisely what you saw and when you agreed to it.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not store your Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth, financial account details, or medical information. If you are asked for any of those on a page claiming to be GetQuoteFlow, it is not us.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and route your quote request, and to let the agency on our Partner List contact you about coverage.
We use an automated system to assess how complete and consistent each request is, which helps us prioritize follow-up and identify submissions that appear fraudulent. This assessment affects how quickly an agent contacts you. It does not determine your eligibility for insurance, your rates, or the terms of any policy — those decisions are made by the insurance carrier under its own underwriting rules, not by us.
This assessment is performed by a third-party AI service. Your quote request is sent to that service for evaluation and is not used to train its models.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the agency named on our Partner List and with the service providers that operate our website and store our data. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators, data brokers, or marketing networks.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud or protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and their associated consent records for five years. Consent records are retained specifically to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing law, which has a four-year federal statute of limitations. Removal requests are kept indefinitely — we have to keep a record that you opted out in order to keep honoring it.
Your choices
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by replying STOP to any text message, emailing unsubscribe@getquotflow.com, or using our removal form. Removal is processed immediately and always within 10 days.
To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email privacy@getquotflow.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline deletion where we are required to retain records.
Security
Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site. Our hosting provider sets functional cookies necessary to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Changes to who we share your information with take effect only for requests submitted after the change.
